HORUS conducts regular surveys on the status of market and competitive intelligence in German speaking countries. Part of this survey are interviews with board members, managing directors and those responsible for strategy and strategic intelligence.
Through these studies, in combination with our practical experience from various competitor and market intelligence projects, we are able to support our customers in the development and expansion of strategic intelligence.
Thereby creating bespoke and coherent strategic intelligence concepts that take the size of the company into account, as well as the market and competitive situation and the organisational and technological requirements of the client.
Additionally, we offer an analysis of the existing and required strategic intelligence capabilities.
